Title: Japanese Landscape
Size: 15" x 11"
Media: Watercolor I really enjoyed doing this watercolor project! There were a few things which annoyed me to death such as trying to get everything correct, which I'm not even sure I did. It was fun and I hope to continue and improve with watercolors!

Week 6: Photo Drawing
Title: Unknown
Size: 15"x11"
Media: Pencil
Here is the contour line drawing for the watercolor painting I am going to do! I know that it is cut off, but this was the best non blurry picture I could get. Also, I didn't realize how detailed this is going to be until I started to draw it out! I hope that this goes well for me and I know that there is going to be a lot of layers. Wish me luck!

Week 5: Watercolor Color Wheel
Title: Elemental Color Wheel
Size: Unknown
Media: Watercolor
This was fun! I really enjoy working with watercolor! I was trying to think of something interesting to do, so I decided on the elements. I would look better if I didn't decided to try to do it last minute. Oh well, that's what I get for procrastination, so no more procrastinating for me!

Week 4: Painted Abstract Art
Title: Skyward symbol
Media: Acrylic paint
Size: Unknown
It was...interesting to do this. It took me a lot longer to do than I expected, because I was going in no direction while painting. It is fun to do Abstract, but as you can tell, I didn't achieve much. I usually have the final product in mind, and with abstract I find that difficult. It is a good way to relive stress though!

Week 4: Abstract Art - Computer
Title: Midnight Coy
Media: Pixlr (online free photo editor)
Size: 800 x 600
This piece of abstract art was created using Pixlr which is a very useful website an as always, this picture means something. I just can't seem to make a piece of art that doesn't have at least a meaning or a reason why everything works together. I don't know if you can see this, but I intended to make this piece like two coy fish swimming in a pond with the night sky being reflected, the petals drifting in the water quietly as if nothing in the world can make this moment go wrong.

Week 3: Finished Sculpture
Title: Finished Sculpture
Media: Clay
Size: 3 1/2" x 1 1/2"
Here is my finished sculpture! I am proud of it, but there are still some things that I wish could be changed. Ah well, my first sculpture ever and I had a lot of fun doing it! Maybe I should start doing more sculptures. :)

Week 2: Start of Sculpture
Title: Start of Sculpture
Media: Clay
Size: Unknown
Here is the start of my sculpture! I was told and also decided to make her dress longer so that she would have more of a base. I'm not too happy with it, even though I'm not quite done with it. I hope by next week, when I should be done with it, I will be satisfied with the results! Just the start of it though, so I shouldn't give up! :)

Week 2: Sculpture Drawing
Title: Drawing for Sculpture
Media: Pencil
Size: Unknown
This is the drawing for my sculpture, which I hope turns out the way I want it to be. It is a girl who is wearing a winter-class outfit. I apologize for the picture being of terrible quality, my camera isn't the best and wouldn't cooperate.

Week 1: Play
Title: Clay Lizard
Media: Clay
Size: Unknown
I played around with my clay for a bit and couldn't figure out what to make. My brother said to make a lizard, so I did my best and hopefully it came out okay!

Week 1: Shapes
Clay Ball
Clay Cubes
Clay Pyramid
Clay Snake
Clay Cone
Media: Clay
Sizes: unknown
First time working with clay! I have found that it is very difficult to just shape sharp corners and flat surfaces by hand, so I'll need to find a few tools which will help me with that.

Week 10: Perspective Project
Title: City Street
Media: Pencil and colored pencils
Size: 11" x 8.5"
Here's my perspective project! I actually really enjoyed doing this project! I know that I need to work on a lot of things, but I'm quite happy the way it turned out.

Week 8: 2 Point Perspective
Title: City Corner
Media: Pencil
Size: 10" x 8"
This is my first sketch of a two point perspective drawing and I decided to do something like the corner of a street in the city. I'm not too proud of it, with my lack of experience in drawing backgrounds, buildings, and doing the vanishing point technique, I see many mistakes. But this just makes me become more determined to work on those certain things so I can get to the point where backgrounds are much more easier and I can draw a 3 point perspective with hardly a problem!

Week 8: One Point Perspective
Title: Country-Side Home
Media: Pencil
Size: 10" x 8"
Here is my first attempt at a One point perspective! It's not the best, and the picture is horrible quality because I didn't have the best lighting, but it was fun to draw. The story kinda behind this is that this is a simple house, more out on the country-side where a family lives peacefully, with not really many worries in their life.

Week 7: Earth Art
Title: Leaf
Media: Nature
Out of everything that I had in my backyard and front yard, this is what came. At first, it was hard for me to get going, but once I continued it became easier and really fun! It came out as a leaf, which just shows that nature is amazing, whether you manipulate it or not.
Here are some other pictures.

Week 6: Logo
Title: Crystal Cat Jewels
Media: Pencil
Size: 6" x 5"
This, as you can probably tell, is my logo. The name Crystal Cat comes from a lot of my usernames which I use through the internet.
Here's just a fun, quick drawing that I did through the computer. Not too good, but it was for fun. :)

Week 5: Grid Drawing
Title: Worn Shoes (my grid drawing's title)
Size: 10" x 8"
Media: Pencil and ruler
What these shoes mean to me, is how we can go through our life. When we start out, we have brand new shoes, but later on they become more worn and can have rips and tears in them when we have gone through tough times in our life. It may mean something different or just look like shoes in your eyes, but in my eyes it is life. Thank you for viewing my art!

Week 4: Kathedric Island
Title: Kathedric Island
Size: 11" x 8"
Media: Pencil, Pen, and colored pencils
Here is my island, which you can already tell from the title what it is called. The colors were brighter, and I apologize for somethings being cut off, I thought that I had a good picture of my drawing, when in reality it was crooked.
My island has a system of rivers, and river mouths, as well as a few mountains, a volcano, a small strait, a sound, gulf, peninsula, valley, and some plains to go along. All of the red lines are roads, connecting cities.

Weekly Drawing 4: Hands
Title: Hands
Size: 12"x 9"
Media: Pencil
Yep, I've decided to start uploading my weekly drawing. Last week's drawing (I'm behind) was to draw hands, and here is what I've come up with.

Collage
Title: All Nature
Size: 11" x 8"
Media: Magazines
If you are wondering, the background is meant to be very different and big. This collage represents my love for all types of nature. I chose a more summer/spring for this approach, and how the girl is reaching out to a small pink butterfly. I think all nature is beautiful, even if it is creepy looking. Also, the reason why the girl has no facial features or color of skin, I put it as it could represent anyone.
Please tell me if I could've done anything to make things look smoother yet still have the same meaning!

Week 1
Title: Mario & Luigi = Romano & Italy
Size: 11" x 8.5"
I drew this with a pencil, at first, then I inked it and colored it with colored pencils.
These two are two characters from a TV show that I occasionally watch. They are two Italians, hence putting them in Mario and Luigi's world and outfits.
I know that there are mistakes, but thank you for looking at my artwork anyways!
